Meeting Minutes
Monday, November 17, 2014

Present: Fred Guidi, Sheila Vanderhoef, Town Administrator
Also Attending: Neil Andres, DPW Superintendent
Absent: John Knight, Selectman
The meeting was called to order at 9:08 AM.
Ms. Vanderhoef reported that 3 comments have been received as a result of the Town’s filing of the Water Management Act permit. All three comments related to potential impacts to private wells as a result of the drawdowns of water from the municipal wells. Each comment will be addressed in writing and the monthly update at the November 17, 2014 Selectman’s meeting will feature a detailed explanation of this issue by Environmental Partners Group.
The new Independent Project Manager will be holding some in depth meetings this week with Environmental Partners Group to start the peer review and value engineering work. Bruce Adams, Project Manager, will introduce Weston & Sampson at the Selectman’s meeting November 17, 2014.
A meeting is scheduled with Department of Transportation (DOT) for November 19, 2014. The meeting will continue to cover design plans and construction protocol for the Rt. 6 portion of the construction.
The Committee agreed that the next meeting will be held on December 1, 2014
